At Elevate Health Naturally, we take great care in providing high-quality supplements and wellness products. Due to the consumable nature of our products and to ensure consumer safety, we have established the following return, exchange, and refund policy in compliance with Florida law.

Returns & Refunds

All purchases made through Elevate Health Naturally are final sale.

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any products, including but not limited to supplements, consumable goods, and wellness items.
  • **Hot Weather Disclaimer** – Some products may melt in transit with the hot summer weather. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for products affected by heat during shipping. We recommend ordering alternate products during warm weather months
  • Liquid Products Disclaimer – Cold Weather: Please be advised that during colder months, liquid products may freeze in transit due to low temperatures. By placing an order, you acknowledge this risk. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for products affected by freezing during shipping.
  • Once products have left our possession, we cannot resell or restock them for health and safety reasons.

By purchasing from Elevate Health Naturally, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and that refunds will not be issued for any reason.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on any products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you experience any concerns regarding your order, please contact our team at clientsupport@alldayenergysolution.com for assistance.

Store Credit (Special Cases Only)

In rare and special cases, at our sole discretion, we may offer a store credit in place of a return or refund. If a store credit is issued:

  • The credit will be provided in the form of a unique discount code that can be applied at checkout.
  • Store credits do not expire but are non-transferable and non-refundable.

We reserve the right to approve or deny store credit requests based on individual circumstances.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

To process a damage claim, we require:
Photos of the damaged product(s)
Photos of the shipping box
Any additional photos requested by the shipping carrier

This documentation is required to initiate an insurance claim with the shipping provider. We appreciate your cooperation in following the carrier’s process to expedite the replacement of damaged items.

For lost packages, you will need to file a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays or errors or consumer errors in entering incorrect address information.

International Orders (Including Canada)

For international shipments, please note:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not offer refunds or credits for orders delayed or held by customs.
  • Exchange rates fluctuate, and any price differences due to currency conversion are not controlled by us.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from Elevate Health Naturally, you agree to our No Refund Policy.

  • Chargebacks and payment disputes will be considered a breach of contract and will result in legal action if necessary.
