WHAT’S IT MADE OF?
All Natural Organic Cotton: Your Queen of the Thrones® 100% Organic Cotton Original Pack Insert is made of unbleached, premium quality 100% organic cotton.
HOW DO I USE IT?
It’s a simple 2 step process:
Step 1: Place the flannel on the inside of your Queen of the Thrones® Original Castor Oil Pack (sold separately) and thread the strings of your pack through the slits on both sides of the insert.
Step 2: Apply 1 tbsp of Castor Oil to your abdominal area or to the centre of the insert, then place the pack over your abdominal area and tie in place.
That’s it! Wear for 1 hour daily or overnight.
Apply fresh Castor Oil with each use and replace your pack after approximately 60 uses for hygienic reasons.
