Hair Mousse | Rowe Casa

This volumizing hair mousse provides light hold while also providing softness and shine! Smooth frizz and leave your hair moisturized without build-up or toxic ingredients. Works great for all hair types and color-treated hair.

How To Use: For general styling, dispense 2-3 pumps into hands and gently rub palms together. Apply to the hair as desired. For root volume, dispense 2-3 pumps into hands and gently rub palms together. Apply to the crown of the head and massage gently. Blow dry as usual on medium to low heat while using a brush to gently lift hair to maximize volume and mousse benefits.
