Ingredients
Chamomile Flowers, Lemon Balm Leaf, Catnip Leaf & Flower, Elderflower, Yarrow Leaf & Flower, Spearmint Leaf, Licorice Root.
Directions for Use
Ages 2–5: ¼ teaspoon (1.25 ml) every 2–3 hours as needed.
Ages 6–12: ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) every 2–3 hours as needed.
Ages 12+: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) every 2–3 hours as needed.
May be taken directly or mixed into warm water or tea. Shake well before use.

Important Information
Not recommended for:
- Children under 2 years old
- Anyone allergic to plants in the daisy or ragweed family (chamomile, yarrow)
