Most women don’t realize this… but the same thing Most women don’t realize this…

but the same things they’re doing to “boost energy” are often the things keeping them stuck.

After helping thousands of women rebuild their energy, hormones, and gut health, I see these 3 mistakes over and over:

❌ Mistake #1: Chasing supplements

You’re told you’re tired because you’re “low” in iron, magnesium, B vitamins, thyroid, progesterone…

So you keep adding more pills.

But if your drainage pathways are blocked or your mitochondria are burned out, your body can’t use any of them.

It’s like pouring water into a clogged sink.

❌ Mistake #2: Cutting more and more foods

Bread, carbs, coffee, nightshades… eventually you feel afraid to eat anything.

This is the part most women never hear:
