Here are some simple ways to stay grounded, calm, and resilient:

➡️ Begin with Stillness

Take 5–10 minutes each morning to breathe deeply, meditate, or stretch lightly. This signals safety to your nervous system and helps shift from fight-or-flight to rest-and-digest.

➡️ Eat to Energize

Nourish your body with real, nutrient-rich foods. Pair complex carbs with protein and healthy fats to maintain balanced blood sugar and steady energy.

➡️ Hydrate for Balance
