If you’ve been eating “clean” - green smooth If you’ve been eating “clean” - green smoothies, salads, plant-based dinners - but still feel exhausted, here’s the truth: you’re eating for trends, not for your terrain.

Most exhausted moms I work with are following the latest diet trends - vegan, paleo, keto, intermittent fasting - hoping one will finally give them energy. Instead, they feel worse.

Here’s why: your body doesn’t run on trends, it runs on biology. And your mitochondria -  the little energy factories in your cells -  need very specific nutrients to actually make energy.

They require:
-Saturated fats to build healthy cell walls
-Cholesterol to make hormones and bile
-Minerals like magnesium, potassium, and sodium to keep your cells charged
-B vitamins from animal sources to run the energy cycle

But many moms are eating foods that drain energy:
